Junior Software Engineer for backend, frontend and full-stack work.
I build well-tested software — testing against a real Neo4j with Testcontainers, not just mocks — from data-heavy backends in Python to front ends in Vue. Before software I worked in technical operations and QA, so reliability isn't an afterthought for me. I'm currently looking for a junior position and I'm open to backend, frontend and full-stack roles alike.

A graph-based ERP backend in FastAPI and Neo4j: recursive bills of materials, stock derived from its own movement history and documents from quote to invoice, tested up to a real Neo4j.

A lightweight, cross-platform desktop app in C++ and wxWidgets for personal finances: double-entry bookkeeping, categories and reports, with every figure stored locally.

A Vue 3 and Vite app for a personal learning diary: log what you learned each day, sort it by subject and look back on it in a calendar view.

Planning, documentation and simulation of a corporate network in Cisco Packet Tracer, with a VLSM IP schema, VLAN routing, LAN security and IoT devices.
About me
Hi, I'm Drazen, a software engineer based in Graz, Austria. I come from technical operations and quality assurance, so I know what reliability and precision are worth. Today I put that experience into clean, maintainable and well-tested code while studying at HTL Bulme.
My technical and creative toolbox includes:
- Frontend & UI: Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for intuitive user interfaces.
- Backend & Databases: Python with FastAPI, Nest.js with Prisma, SQL and Neo4j for robust, well-structured data management.
- Testing & Delivery: pytest, Testcontainers, Docker and GitHub Actions — tests that run against the real database, not only against mocks.
I enjoy building practical tools—from data dashboards to a graph-based ERP backend. I value transparent communication and solid results, and I'm looking for a team where I can grow as an engineer.
Outside of code, I also do professional photo editing and retouching in Lightroom and Photoshop.
